Hello crafty friends! Tracy<\/a> here, and today I have a fun little Valentine’s Day inspired 3D Foam Foiled Frame Background for my card. Here are all of the details.<\/p>\n

\"One<\/figure>\n

Foiled Frame Background Basics<\/h2>\n

Start this sweet little project with a piece of white cardstock and a pack of 3D Foam Frames<\/a>. I didn’t cut the white cardstock to size, until AFTER the next step. I didn’t want to stress about perfect placement. So start larger and then cut it down to size.<\/p>\n

\"One<\/figure>\n

Peel off the backing from every other 3D Foam Frame<\/a>, this is what will make the 3D Foam Foiled Frame Background. Flip the frames over onto your piece of white cardstock, press firmly and then pull back the frames you are not using from the cardstock.<\/p>\n

\"One<\/figure>\n

This is where you will cut the white cardstock down to size. You want to leave a little border of white around the largest frame. Now grab your Metallic Transfer Foil Holographic Colors<\/a>. I chose to use the silver holographic foil, remove the adhesive backing from the 3D Foam Frames<\/a> and firmly press the foil onto the background.<\/p>\n

\"One<\/figure>\n

Cut a simple pink cardstock mat and a white cardstock card base for the 3D Foam Foiled Frame Background. Adhere the top 2 layers together using the E-Z Runner\u00ae Petite Permanent Dots Refillable Dispenser<\/a> and then that piece to the base using Crafty Foam Tape White<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"One<\/figure>\n

Add simple cardstock sticker embellishments and then the die cut the sentiment using Thin 3D Foam Squares Black Mix<\/a> onto the 3D Foam Foiled Frame Background.<\/p>\n

I absolutely love how this background just shimmers and shines behind the embellishments.<\/p>\n
