Hi, Connie<\/a> here with a fun “artsy” card with a great message for these crazy times. Make each day your Masterpiece<\/strong><\/em> can apply to anything you do.<\/p>\n

Supplies for Your Masterpiece Card<\/h2>\n
\"Make<\/figure>\n

For the supplies needed, I collect cardstock, stamps, and ink. I grabbed the following adhesives to use in making this card: 3D Foam Pennants<\/a>, 3D Foam Strips<\/a>, Metallic Transfer Foil Sheets in Holographic Colors<\/a>, 3D Foam Squares White Small<\/a>, Crafty Foam Tape 108ft.<\/a>, and E-Z Runner\u00ae Grand Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Card Step Outs<\/h2>\n
\"Make<\/figure>\n
    \n
  1. Adhere a light blue cardstock panel to the black card base using E-Z Runner Grand Permanent Strips.<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Stamp a woodgrain background with black ink to a piece of cream cardstock panel. Lift and adhere to the layered card base with Crafty Foam Tape 108ft<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  3. Stamp brush and paint tube images on cream cardstock and trim out. Add three different blue ink tones to the ends of the brushes and paint tube. Place a couple of 3D Foam Squares White Small<\/a> on the ends. Set aside.<\/li>\n
  4. Apply 3D Foam Pennants<\/a> to patterned paper and trim out. Adhere to the upper right corner of the card front.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    \"Make<\/figure>\n

    Wear Your Adhesive on the Outside<\/h2>\n

    Are you familiar with Wear Your Adhesive on the Outside<\/em> concept? Instead of hiding the adhesives behind layers of material, we use them as accents or embellishments on our projects. <\/p>\n

    For my card, I will use 3D Foam Strips<\/a> with the silver foil from the Metallic Transfer Foil Sheets in Holographic Colors<\/a>. Simply remove the top liner of a 3D Foam Strip, place the silver foil (color side UP) over the exposed adhesive and rub gently with a fingertip. Then peel off and Done! No need for a special tool. If you missed a spot, just reapply. <\/p>\n

    Finish Off Your Masterpiece Card<\/h2>\n

    Adhere the foiled strip to the card front below the foam pennants. This is a visual bar for the brushes and paint tube will be adhered to.<\/p>\n

    Stamp the sentiment with black ink and cream cardstock. Trim and ink with the same three blue ink tones. Let dry and place on to the card front with E-Z Runner\u00ae Grand Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser<\/a>. Wrap Twine towards the bottom of the card panel. Done!<\/p>\n
