Hi crafty friends! Judy<\/a> here today with a quick card. I’m trying to think spring and warmer weather so I picked two pretty ribbons that I liked and a stamp set to make this card! It’s so easy to add ribbon on a card with Premium Double Sided Tape. Let me show you how to create this Just Because Flowers and Ribbon Card!<\/p>\n

Flowers and Ribbon Card Making<\/h2>\n

To make this card, form a 3.5 x 6.25-inch card from Kraft cardstock. Perfect for a neutral background!<\/p>\n

For the flowers, stamp a flower design three times with Chianti ink on lavender cardstock. Then fussy cut them out. It’s really not that hard!<\/p>\n

Add dots of white to centers with a white marker. Or another option is to add dots after flowers are fastened to the card.<\/p>\n

Layering the Ribbons<\/h2>\n

For the ribbon, I used two colors, purple and aqua. Each ribbon was cut about an 0.50-inch longer than the width of the card.<\/p>\n

To keep the ribbon from shifting on the glass mat, I used E-Z Dots\u00ae Repositionable Refillable Dispenser<\/a> by applying it directly to the glass. Place the purple ribbon face down on adhesive. Next, apply a strip of Premium Double-Sided Tape 1\/8in<\/a> to the back of the ribbon and press firmly to adhere well. Remove the ribbon from the glass and set aside.<\/p>\n

Repeat the step with the aqua ribbon but apply Premium Double-Sided Tape 1\/4in<\/a> to the back of the ribbon. Press firmly to adhere well. Lastly, remove the liner from the purple ribbon and layer the aqua ribbon on top.<\/p>\n

Decorating the Card Front<\/h2>\n

Determine the card front design by arranging the flowers and ribbon on the card. <\/p>\n

Designer’s Tip:<\/strong> When arranging the flowers and stamping, add a small amount of E-Z Dots\u00ae Repositionable Refillable Dispenser<\/a> to the inside edge of the card and press to close. It is temporary and can be easily removed by rubbing it off.<\/p>\n

Stamp leaves with Distress Oxide Tumbled Glass ink near flowers. Use the flowers as a guide since they are not adhered at this point.<\/p>\n

Place a Thin 3D Foam Squares White Mix<\/a> in regular size to the back of each flower. Then remove the liner and adhere the flowers. Next, stamp the sentiment with Versafine Onyx Black ink.<\/p>\n

Peel the liner off from the back of the ribbon and attach the layered ribbon to the card just above sentiment. <\/p>\n

Trim ribbon ends flush with the card edges. Rub the repositionable adhesive off the inside of the card. Make sure to rub the adhesive off on the glass mat too. <\/p>\n
