I created Especially for You Card with Whimsy Stamps and some of the new products by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L. The image was then cut down to a 4&#8243;x4&#8243;.  I used a stamping platform so the butterfly image could be re-stamped several times, resulting in a rich black color on the butterfly wings.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-creating-the-card-front\">Creating the Card Front<\/h2>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/2021\/05\/03\/especially-you-card\/?tp_image_id=83661\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/whimsy7wm.jpg\" alt=\"Especially for You Card by Connie Mercer for Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L\" class=\"wp-image-83661\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/whimsy7wm.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/whimsy7wm-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Cut the 3D foam circle frames Black in half and adhere them to the card front.  Apply Perfect Pearls over the top of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/3d-foam-circle-frames-black-1\">3DFoam Circle Frame Black <\/a>with a soft brush. I used an embossing folder to create the first layer behind the card front.  I used <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/r-67089-premium-double-sided-tape-1-2\">Premium Double-Sided Tape 1\/2&#8243;<\/a> to adhere to the first layer.<br \/>2.  Trim the purple cardstock to 4&#8243;x 4&#8243; as a second layer. Using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/r-67089-premium-double-sided-tape-1-2\">Premium Double-Sided Tape 1\/2&#8243;<\/a>, adhere to the card front.<br \/>3. I used <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/crafty-foam-tape-white-54ft-1\">Crafty Foam Tape White 54ft<\/a> to adhere the card front to the purple cardstock layer.<br \/>4. Emboss the sentiment on black cardstock with white embossing powder.  I used <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/3d-foam-strips-large-black-1\">3D Foam Strips Large Black <\/a>to adhere the sentiment strip to the card front.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/2021\/05\/03\/especially-you-card\/?tp_image_id=83663\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/whimsey3x5wm.jpg\" alt=\"Especially for You Card by Connie Mercer for Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L\" class=\"wp-image-83663\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/whimsey3x5wm.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/whimsey3x5wm-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/whimsey3x5wm-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Adhere the completed card panel to the grey cardstock.  I thought the new 3D foam products worked so well at highlighting the beautiful butterfly.
