Adhere the two sheets of pattern paper together after trimming 1&#8243; off of both sides of one of the pattern papers.  I took 1&#8243; off the orange polka dot paper and then adhered over the black polka dot paper using the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/e-z-runner-grand-permanent-strips-dispenser-150-feet\"> E-Z Runner Grand Refillable Dispenser  <\/a>.<br \/>2. The border strips and photo were adhered using the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/e-z-runner-grand-permanent-strips-dispenser-150-feet\"> E-Z Runner Grand Refillable Dispenser<\/a> to the page front.<br \/>3. The<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/c-01226-3d-foam-circles-white-mix\"> 3D Foam Circles White Mix<\/a> were used to adhere and give dimension to the die cuts.<br \/>4. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/c-01230-3d-foam-strips\">3D Foam Strips<\/a> were used to adhere the journal strips to the front of the page.  <em>Side note: these have quickly become a favorite product of mine.  The are perfect for the journal strip sentiment for cards too.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/2021\/05\/19\/permit-time-scrapbook-page\/?tp_image_id=83984\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/sb6wm.jpg\" alt=\"Permit Time for a Scrapbook Page by Connie Mercer for Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L\" class=\"wp-image-83984\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/sb6wm.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/sb6wm-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/sb6wm-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-other-page-details\">Other Page Details<\/h2>\n<p>I adhered the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/c-01226-3d-foam-circles-white-mix\"> 3D Foam Circles White<\/a> on the edge of the die cut so the adhesive did not touch the photo. Love that there are two sizes in the package. Very handy!!
