This page has some tricky elements that need the perfect adhesive to keep it all in place. Before I start with how I put this page together I had prep work to do before I could start assembling the elements on the page.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-30-minutes-of-art-scrapbook-layout-prep\">30 Minutes of Art Scrapbook Layout Prep<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1. Stamp labels, letters, and number elements.<br \/>2. Die-cut Stitched Slots two times with white cardstock and then two times in patterned paper.<br \/>3. Punch a yellow star. It will be used for the label later.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-adding-adhesives-to-different-elements\">Adding Adhesives to Different Elements<\/h2>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/2021\/06\/19\/30-minutes-art-scrapbook-layout\/?tp_image_id=84182\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/june_art3.jpg\" alt=\"30 Minutes of Art Scrapbook Layout by Connie Mercer for Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L \" class=\"wp-image-84182\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/june_art3.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/june_art3-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/june_art3-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure>\n<ul>\n<li>1. Adhere the two pattern papers together, remove 1-inch from the top patterned paper, with the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/e-z-runner-grand-permanent-strips-dispenser-150-feet\"> E-Z Runner Grand Refillable Dispenser.<\/a><br \/>2 + 3. When adhering different sizes of elements, I use the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/3d-foam-squares-white-small\">3D Foam Square White Small <\/a>size adhesive for the small die cuts and stickers, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/3d-foam-squares-white-regular-size\">3D Foam Square White Regular<\/a> size adhesive for the larger elements.<br \/>4. For the stamped J+ M letter, I used the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/3d-foam-strips-large-white-1\"> 3D Foam Strips White<\/a>.  Set all these elements aside and work on the other parts of the layout.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/2021\/06\/19\/30-minutes-art-scrapbook-layout\/?tp_image_id=84183\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/june_art2.jpg\" alt=\"30 Minutes of Art Scrapbook Layout by Connie Mercer for Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L \" class=\"wp-image-84183\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/june_art2.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/june_art2-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/june_art2-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-stitched-slots-and-title\">Stitched Slots and Title<\/h2>\n<p>5. Glue the Stitched Slots together making two sets with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/dual-tip-glue-pen-67022\">Dual Tip Glue Pen<\/a>. Put the pattern paper over the white cardstock die cuts, and attached them with Tim Holtz&#8217;s Tiny Attacher to make one long stitched slot.  I call it a photo catcher because it can hold six 2 1\/2&#8243; x 2 1\/2&#8243; photos.<br \/>6. Using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/67087-extreme-double-sided-tape-1-8\">Extreme Double-Sided Tape 1\/8&#8243;<\/a>, adhere the photo catcher to the scrapbook page.<br \/>7. For the title, I used a combination of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/c-01230-3d-foam-strips\">3D Foam Strips<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/3d-foam-squares-micro-white-1\">3D Foam Micro Squares White<\/a> to secure the narrow title.<br \/>8. The little scissor element was adhered with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/3d-foam-squares-micro-white-1\">3D Foam Micro Squares White<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-assemble-the-art-scrapbook-layout\">Assemble the Art Scrapbook Layout<\/h2>\n<p>Believe it or not you are ready to start adhering to the page! Starting with the title, and then the photo catcher was adhered next.
