The sentiment words were white embossed on black cardstock, and trimmed out in strips. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-stars-for-the-lady\">Stars for the LADY<\/h2>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/2021\/07\/03\/hugs-new-york-city-collage-card\/?tp_image_id=84498\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/nyc4.jpg\" alt=\"Hugs from New York City Collage Card by Connie Mercer for Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L \" class=\"wp-image-84498\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/nyc4.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/nyc4-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/nyc4-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure>\n<ul>\n<li>1. Stamp the Statue of Liberty on white cardstock. <br \/>2. Roll the stars over the image with the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/e-z-runner-stars-refillable-dispenser-1\"> E-Z Runner Stars Refillable Dispenser<\/a>. Apply Perfect Pearls in green patina over the statue, pressing into the adhesive to secure.<br \/>3. Remove excess powder with a brush. Place the excess back into the Perfect Pearls container.<br \/>4. Outline the stars with a white gel pen.  Let dry. Color the statue with watered-down Distress Oxide ink. Use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/c-02100-crafty-foam-tape-108-ft\">Crafty Foam Tape 108&#8242;<\/a> to adhere the mixed media style background to the card base.<br \/>2. Using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/e-z-squares-r-refillable-dispenser-1\">E-Z Squares Refillable Dispenser<\/a> adhere the Lady and the Empire State Building stamped images to card front.<br \/>3. Using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/c-02100-crafty-foam-tape-108-ft\">Crafty Foam Tape 108&#8242; <\/a>( favorite product) to add the Bridge image to the card front.  By adding dimension to the Bridge image I&#8217;m able to layer the stamped images for a collage look. <br \/>4. The sentiment was embossed and adhered using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/c-01230-3d-foam-strips\">3D Foam Strips<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
