Hello crafty friends! Tracy here, and today I have a sweet little mixed media style card to share. Here are all of the sparkly details on this Just Because Mixed Media Card.<\/p>\n

Just Because Mixed Media Background<\/h2>\n

The first step to create this mixed media style card is to cut the white cardstock card front to 3.75×5. I use a little dab of the E-Z Runner\u00ae Ultra Strong Refillable Dispenser<\/a> to secure the card front to my craft mat. Then taped my chosen stencil down to the craft mat over the card front. Using the Dual Tip Glue Pen and a palette knife, I smeared the adhesive over the middle portion of the stencil. Let it sit for a few moments. Then remove the stencil, and add that glitter. Tap off the excess and let dry completely. <\/p>\n

Other Card Details<\/h2>\n

While you are waiting for the mixed media card front to dry, stamp the chosen sentiment and the image onto white cardstock using black ink. I added color to the image using Zig Clean Color Markers and a water brush. Once dry, fussy cut out the stamped image and cut down the sentiment piece. This is my mixed media style card front once completely dry.<\/p>\n

Assembling the Card<\/h2>\n

Mat the card front in grey cardstock, and adhere it to the white cardstock card base using the E-Z Runner\u00ae Ultra Strong Refillable Dispenser<\/a>. Next add the stamped sentiment and the fussy cut image to the card front using a combination of 3D Foam Squares White Mix<\/a> and Thin 3D Foam Squares White Mix<\/a>.<\/p>\n
