Hi, everyone! Do you like colors? Teri<\/a> here to show you how to make a bold birthday card by adding lots of color to the sentiment. To create this Happy Colorful Birthday Card, you’ll need a large sentiment die! It’s key to the design. <\/p>\n

Creating a Colorful Birthday Sentiment<\/h2>\n

Start by applying a sheet of 3D Foam Creative Sheet Medium<\/a> to the back of a piece of white cardstock. I like my paper to be just a little bigger than the foam sheet.<\/p>\n

Place the birthday sentiment die onto the panel and run it through your manual die-cutting machine. Then use markers to scribble color over the die cut sentiment! When I like to make colorful cards, I tend to use a rainbow color scheme! You don’t have to follow my lead! Instead, try using a couple of different colors together. Green, purple and blue is a nice color combo! Another fun combo is pink and orange…many possibilities!<\/p>\n

Once you have added the color, remove your sentiment. Also, consider saving the leftover pieces from your sentiment to use on another card. <\/p>\n

Embellishing the Card<\/h2>\n

Apply patterned paper to a folded card. Add your sentiment. Embellish the sentiment by adding a couple of colored stamped images to it. <\/p>\n

Complete the card by adding a few adhesive stars topped with flock or glitter and some sequins!<\/p>\n

You can easily take my design and create the exact same card. You can also take elements from my design and do your own thing! Just remember, adding color to your birthday sentiment will make the card pop. Adhering the sentiment to foam will make it pop even more! <\/p>\n
