Hi, everyone! Fall is here, and it’s the perfect time to make a thank you card inspired by the season! Teri<\/a> here to show you to do just that with some leaf die cut shapes and a few basic paper crafting supplies! Let me show you my Fall Leaves Thanks Card process.<\/p>\n

Make Fall Leaves<\/h2>\n

Start by die-cutting several leaves from white cardstock. Sponge ink onto them. I went with a light color scheme because I wanted my card to have a soft, muted feel. You could go with a darker color scheme if you want to make a more vibrant card.<\/p>\n

Stack up and adhere some of your leftover die-cuts behind your inked up leaves. This will give them dimension once you adhere them to your card.<\/p>\n

Decorate the Card Front<\/h2>\n

Mount a panel of patterned paper to a top-folded card. Take a sheet of adhesive and tear off part of it. Randomly apply some of the adhesives to your card. Dump glitter onto it to give the card sparkle! <\/p>\n

Affix your leaves to the card, creating a leafy cluster as you go. Complete your card by stamping a sentiment on a strip of cardstock and mounting it to the card with 3D Foam Strips. <\/p>\n

You’ll also want to add a few sequins or gems near the leaves. Designer’s Tip:<\/strong> one thing I like to do when adhering sequins is to push them down with a pencil eraser. The extra force really helps to make sure they are firmly affixed to the card.<\/p>\n

You can take elements of inspiration from it and run with it. A wreath or background made with die-cut leaves would look amazing! You could even change out the sentiment for a different occasion! <\/p>\n
