I love the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/c-01230-3d-foam-strips\">3D Foam Strips <\/a>for attaching title letters and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/photo-corners-classic-style-white\">Creative Photo Corners White <\/a>make a creative border for added dimension. Depending on the length and width cut the pattern paper strips about a 1\/2&#8243; and as many as you need to cover the space needed.  Mine is about a 5&#8243;X7&#8243;, so I cut 12 strips.<br \/>2. Adhere one end of the strip to a white cardstock base (5&#8243;x7&#8243;) using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/c-01258-e-z-runner-grand-repositionable-dots-refillable-dispenser\">E-Z Runner Grand Repositionable Dots Dispenser.<\/a>  Lift the other end up and adhere with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/e-z-runner-grand-permanent-strips-dispenser-150-feet\">E-Z Runner Grand Refillable Dispenser.<\/a>  This lets you have one end, that can be picked up, to make sure the strips of paper are straight. I used a combination of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/photo-corners-classic-style-white\">Creative Photo Corners White <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/thin-3d-foam-squares-mix-white-1\">3D Foam Squares White Mix<\/a> to create the border.<br \/>2. Cut the liner flap off the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/photo-corners-classic-style-white\">Creative Photo Corners White <\/a>, leaving just the corner photo tip.<br \/>3. Alter every other photo tip and adhere using the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/thin-3d-foam-squares-mix-white-1\"> 3D Foam Squares White Mix<\/a>. Using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/thin-3d-foam-squares-mix-white-1\">3D Foam Squares White Mix<\/a>, adhere the word and image stickers to the scrapbook page.<br \/>3. The fish were added to bring more of the cobalt blue color into the page.
