Vicki here to share a card with you today.\u00a0 Do you have a person in your life that you just know if you call for a favor, will help you out in a heartbeat?\u00a0 Well, my sis is just that person for me.\u00a0 Just this week she&#8217;s taking me and picking me up from the airport, to make things a bit easier for us.\u00a0 She&#8217;s always there for me if I need her.\u00a0 I picked her up a little gift and wanted to make her a special card to go with it.\u00a0 I thought this would be fitting.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/images\/wordpress\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Vicki-SA-2-22-fp-card.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8640\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/images\/wordpress\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Vicki-SA-2-22-fp-card.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"213\" height=\"303\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Vicki-SA-2-22-fp-card.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Vicki-SA-2-22-fp-card-210x300.jpg 210w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 213px) 100vw, 213px\" \/><\/a>I used the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fancypantsdesigns.com\/products\/down_by_the_shore\">Fancy Pants &#8220;Down by the Shore&#8221;<\/a> collection for this card, and some of my favorite Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L adhesives.\u00a0 I thought I&#8217;d show you how I used each of these adhesives for the specific jobs I wanted them to do while creating this card.\u00a0 I rarely make a card with out using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/crafty-foam-tape\">Crafty Foam Tape<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/3d-foam-squares-white-regular-size\">3D Foam Squares<\/a> for Dimension, simply because I think dimension adds so much interest.\u00a0\u00a0 Here I used Crafty Foam Tape to lift the frame from the card.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/images\/wordpress\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Vicki-SA-2-22-fp-card-step-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8641\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/images\/wordpress\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Vicki-SA-2-22-fp-card-step-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"387\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Vicki-SA-2-22-fp-card-step-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Vicki-SA-2-22-fp-card-step-1-232x300.jpg 232w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>I used <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/mystik-dispensers\">MyStik\u2122 Permanent Strips Dispenser<\/a> for my general adhesive for assembling my card.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/images\/wordpress\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Vicki-SA-2-22-fp-card-step-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8642\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/images\/wordpress\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Vicki-SA-2-22-fp-card-step-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Vicki-SA-2-22-fp-card-step-2.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Vicki-SA-2-22-fp-card-step-2-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Since the border I added across the top started on the frame and then ran across the width of the card, going past the raised frame, I used my <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/3d-foam-squares-white-regular-size\">3D Foam Squares<\/a>, to add one to each side to keep the border level all the way across.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/images\/wordpress\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Vicki-SA-2-22-fp-card-step-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8643\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/images\/wordpress\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Vicki-SA-2-22-fp-card-step-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Vicki-SA-2-22-fp-card-step-3.jpg 500w,
