Cut a piece of pattern paper 3 3\/4&#8243; X 8&#8243;.  Score at 3 5\/8&#8243;  and 4&#8243;.  Fold and trim off, from the bottom, about 1\/8&#8243; to square up the folder. After the circles were added, using a water brush, they were outlined with a white paint pen and then a black fine tip marker.
