Hello crafty friends! Tracy<\/a><\/strong> here, and today I have an easy texture color block layout to share. Wondering how to adhere those textured elements to your project? I will share some helpful tips and tricks so follow along!<\/p>\n

Textured Color Block Layout Made Easy<\/h2>\n

First, I created my simple layered background by cutting a piece of white cardstock to 10 x 10-inch. Adhere it to a full sheet of yellow patterned paper using the E-Z Runner\u00ae Grand Refillable Dispenser<\/a>. Next, I cut the burlap paper to 4.5 x 4.5-inch squares. The back of this burlap paper is rough textured and kind of rubbery. Regular adhesives just wouldn’t cut it, so I brought out the E-Z Runner\u00ae Ultra Strong Refillable Dispenser<\/a> and adhered the squares to the white cardstock.<\/p>\n

Mat the cropped 4 x 6-inch white cardstock using the E-Z Runner\u00ae Grand Refillable Dispenser<\/a>. Cut a larger mat from pink patterned paper, and add the photo to it using Crafty Foam Tape White 54ft<\/a>. Adhere the matted photo to the textured color block layout using Crafty Foam Tape White 54ft<\/a>. Crafty Foam Tape White 54ft<\/a>. It sticks to this tricky texture beautifully. <\/p>\n

Cut a strip of patterned paper to add up the left-hand side of the layout and adhere that to the background using E-Z Runner\u00ae Grand Refillable Dispenser<\/a>. Then I added a few die cut pieces to that strip using Thin 3D Foam Squares Black Mix<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Add die cut pieces to the Easy Textured Layout above and below the matted photo using Thin 3D Foam Squares Black Mix<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Add a few cardstock stickers and chipboard stickers around the matted photo using Adhesive Dots Small<\/a>, to make sure they stay put on this Easy Textured Layout.<\/p>\n
