Hi, Jamie<\/a> here with you today and I have a summer memories card that has a relaxing beach or lake scene, oh how I would like to be sitting on that grassy knoll.<\/p>\n

Summer Memories Card Layers<\/h2>\n

To make my card the image was stamped on white cardstock with black ink and then it was colored with Prisma colored pencils. This image was then layered onto slightly larger black and red cardstock using E-Z Squares\u00ae<\/a> on the back of the stamped panel and on the black panel.<\/p>\n

\"Summer<\/figure>\n

Place 3D Foam Squares<\/a> were then placed on the back of the red panel and set it was set aside.<\/p>\n

Embellish the Card Front<\/h2>\n

Blue buffalo plaid decorative paper was wrapped on the left side with gold and white twine. To keep the twine in place, Premium Double-Sided Tape 1\/2″<\/a> was placed on the back of the buffalo plaid panel and the twine was then wrapped around the left side three times over the tape to keep the twine in place.<\/p>\n

Apply 3D Foam Squares Mix in White<\/a> to the back of the decorative paper, being sure to apply enough for the 3D Foam Squares Mix in White<\/a> so the edges or center won’t sag. Pop this up on a red card, it can either be top or side folding.<\/p>\n

Sentiment Details<\/h2>\n

Die-cut “memories” from gold glitter paper and glue it to a banner die-cut from white cardstock using the Dual Tip Glue Pen.<\/a><\/p>\n

Finishing Details<\/h2>\n

Die-cut a helm with blue cardstock. Place 3D Foam Squares Micro in White<\/a> on its back. Designer’s Tip:<\/strong> 3D Foam Squares Micro in black will also work because of the dark paper.<\/p>\n

\"Summer<\/figure>\n

Pop up the stamped image on the right side of the card and pop up the helm on the twine as shown and add a sparkly gold enamel dot to the center. Glue down the sentiment below the stamped image using the Dual Tip Glue Pen<\/a>. Add a little more sparkle on the clouds with Unicorn Stickles. You can’t see it in the picture but in person, it adds that little something.<\/p>\n
