Hi everyone, Yvonne<\/a> here with a new CAS (Clean and Simple) Starry Birthday card. If you need a last-minute birthday card, this card is super easy and quick to make. <\/p>\n

\"Starry<\/figure>\n

To embellish the card I used a technique called Wear Your Adhesive on the Outside<\/a>. Shall we make the card together? Let\u2019s get started!<\/p>\n

Making the Top Card Panel<\/h2>\n

First, ink a yellow oval shape on a white card panel with an ink blending tool.<\/p>\n

\"Starry<\/figure>\n

Stamp a fox image onto white cardstock and color the image using color pencils.<\/p>\n

\"Starry<\/figure>\n

Fussy cut the stamped the fox with the balloon image and adhere it to the inked card panel with 3D Foam Squares White Mix<\/a>. This will give it some lift and interest! <\/p>\n

\"Starry<\/figure>\n

The Card Base<\/h2>\n

Adhere the top card panel onto a yellow panel using the E-Z Runner\u00ae Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser<\/a>. Then adhere it onto a white card base again using the E-Z Runner\u00ae Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Wear Your Adhesive on the Outside<\/h2>\n

To embellish the Starry Birthday card I used a technique called Wear Your Adhesive on the Outside<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Using this technique you make your adhesive shine and in this case even sparkle! Randomly place some E-Z Runner Stars on the card. Designer’s Tip:<\/strong> To control the placement of the stars, I like to use tweezers.<\/p>\n

\"Starry<\/figure>\n

Then sprinkle different colors of glitter onto the stars. Use your fingers to rub the glitter into the stars to secure and tap off the excess.<\/p>\n

Finishing the Card<\/h2>\n

To finish the Starry Birthday Card, I printed a birthday sentiment. Trim the sentiment to a banner strip. Next, mat it to a yellow banner using the E-Z Runner\u00ae Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser<\/a>. Then pop it up to the card front with 3D Foam Squares White Mix<\/a>.<\/p>\n

And voil\u00e1 your Starry Birthday card is ready to make someone very happy!<\/p>\n
