Today I thought I&#8217;d show you how to re-purpose an old thrift store frame into a fun Easter decor project.\u00a0 I just cant bare to throw a frame away, even if I break the glass or if it no longer will stand on it&#8217;s own.\u00a0 There are just too many fun things that can be done with them.\u00a0 You don&#8217;t need the glass for a project like this.\u00a0 You can paint the frame whatever color you like, and if it no longer stands on it&#8217;s own, just purchase a inexpensive easel\u00a0 at the dollar store.\u00a0\u00a0 I&#8217;ll show you below how I use different Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L\u00ae adhesives to put together this fun project.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/images\/wordpress\/uploads\/2013\/03\/vicki-SA-Easter-frame.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8968\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/images\/wordpress\/uploads\/2013\/03\/vicki-SA-Easter-frame.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"229\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/vicki-SA-Easter-frame.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/vicki-SA-Easter-frame-229x300.jpg 229w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 229px) 100vw, 229px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I love to add machine stitching to a lot of my projects, so the first thing I did here was do a zig zag stitch along my borders.\u00a0 I have a sure fire way to do this that holds my paper in place while I stitch.\u00a0 (See below)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/images\/wordpress\/uploads\/2013\/03\/vicki-SA-Easter-frame-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8969\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/images\/wordpress\/uploads\/2013\/03\/vicki-SA-Easter-frame-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/vicki-SA-Easter-frame-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/vicki-SA-Easter-frame-1-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a>I use the <strong>E-Z Dots<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> Repositionable Refillable Dispenser<\/strong> to\u00a0 hold my papers in place while I stitch.\u00a0 This works especially well when lining up things like borders, because you can lift it up and move it around until you get it right where you need it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/images\/wordpress\/uploads\/2013\/03\/vicki-SA-Easter-frame-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8970\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/images\/wordpress\/uploads\/2013\/03\/vicki-SA-Easter-frame-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" lot, just enough to hold it in place.\u00a0\u00a0 It doesn&#8217;t gum up your needle that way.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a other embellishments I use my\u00a0 DODZ Small<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/images\/wordpress\/uploads\/2013\/03\/vicki-SA-Easter-frame-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"425\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/vicki-SA-Easter-frame-4.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/vicki-SA-Easter-frame-4-300x255.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">If you want even more dimension, you can used 3D Foam Squares White Small like I did under the bunny and carrot in my title.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a finished piece to the frame.
