Hello crafty friends! Tracy<\/a> here, and today I am sharing a quick little tutorial on how to create this fun and texture-filled Creative Photo Corner Mat for your next project. Here are all of the details.<\/p>\n

Let’s Get Crafty<\/h2>\n

The first step in creating my Creative Photo Corner Mat, I took my slightly cropped 4×6 photo and cut a regular white cardstock mat for it. Then I cut a larger white cardstock mat for that which was 1\/2″ larger in dimension than the previous mat. I took my Creative Photo Corners Silver<\/a> and added one to the exact middle of each side of the larger mat.<\/p>\n

Next, I continued adding Creative Photo Corners Silver<\/a> around the piece of cardstock to fill in the entire perimeter. Then to finish, added Creative Photo Corners Silver<\/a> to the corners. <\/p>\n

Adhere the photo to the smaller white cardstock mat using Creative Photo Corners Silver<\/a>. Now, add this to the larger mat using Crafty Foam Tape White<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I created a simple patterned paper and white cardstock layout background. I adhered all the pieces in place using my E-Z Runner\u00ae Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser<\/a>. Add the matted photo to the layout again using the E-Z Runner\u00ae Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Now it’s time to embellish the Creative Photo Corner Mat layout. I used a combination of foam stickers and ephemera around the layout and added some of the pieces using 3D Foam Squares White Mix<\/a> and others with Thin 3D Foam Squares Black Mix<\/a> to add additional dimension.<\/p>\n

I even added a piece of ephemera directly to the matted photo using Thin 3D Foam Squares Black Mix<\/a>.<\/p>\n
