Hi, friends! Do you love Halloween? Teri<\/a> here with a cute card you can make to send to your best ghoul friend in honor of the big day!<\/p>\n

Make a Pumpkin or Two<\/h2>\n

Start your pumpkins with two rectangle-shaped patterned paper pieces as the pumpkin base. Then add strips of patterned paper and felt to each of the rectangle bases with the E-Z Runner\u00ae Grand Ultra Strong Refillable Dispenser<\/a>. Don’t have felt? Try ribbon and washi tape. <\/p>\n

Place a 3D Foam Frame<\/a> on top of the paper panel and cut around the outer edges of the frame with scissors. Remove the top liner and cover it with flock. Tap off the excess and now you have a textured frame!<\/p>\n

Create the Pumpkin Stem<\/h2>\n

Take a couple of 3D Foam Squares<\/a> and cut off the sides at an angle to make a stem. Pull out and cut a small piece of the green foil sheet from the Metallic Transfer Foils in Pastel Colors<\/a>. Peel off the top liner of the cut foam square, place the foil (color side UP), rub gently to transfer the color, and peel off the foil to reveal. Missed a spot? No problem, simply reapply with the foil.<\/p>\n

Decorate the card base with patterned paper. Add your pumpkin or pumpkins to it. Give your pumpkin personality by adding wiggle eyes, a mouth, and bows tied from twine.<\/p>\n

Finishing Up Your Card<\/h2>\n

Stamp a sentiment on a strip of cardstock. Mount it to your card with the E-Z Runner\u00ae Petite Permanent Dots Refillable Dispenser<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Complete your card by adding a few stars from the E-Z Runner\u00ae Stars Refillable Dispenser<\/a> onto it. Burnish flock, glitter or foil onto the stars for a fun accent.<\/p>\n
