Create your background and then add the cute border using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/photo-corners-classic-style-silver\">Creative Photo Corners in Silver<\/a>. <em>This can be done on any card.<\/em> The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/t\/categories\/creative-photo-corners\">Creative Photo Corners<\/a> come in six different colors (White, Black, Ivory, Gold, Silver, and Kraft). Peel the film away, from the tape, and lay the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/photo-corners-classic-style-silver\">Creative Photo Corners,<\/a> silver side down, all along the bottom of the card.<br \/>2. Using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/crafty-foam-tape-black-108ft-1\">Crafty Foam Tape Black 108&#8242; <\/a>adhere a strip, along the bottom, covering the backside of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/photo-corners-classic-style-silver\">Creative Photo Corners.<\/a>  Then use the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/c-02100-crafty-foam-tape-108-ft\">Crafty Foam Tape White 108&#8242; <\/a>and lay a strip along both sides and top.<br \/>3. Adhere the card front to the black cardstock mat.<br \/>4. Using the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/e-z-runner-r-permanent-strips-refillable-dispenser-49-slash-15m\"> E-Z Runner Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser<\/a> adhere the black cardstock front to a white folded cardstock base.
