In my opinion, it&#8217;s all <em>wonderful<\/em>. Using a stamping platform, stamp the image on white cardstock.<br \/>2. Color with pan pastels or a medium of your choice.<br \/>3. Color the winter scarf with colored pencils and highlight. Do the same with the hat, and clock.<br \/>4. Cut out the images of the elephant, hat, scarf, and clock.<br \/>2. Now you&#8217;re ready to arrange the elements on the card. Using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/c-02100-crafty-foam-tape-108-ft\">Crafty Foam Tape 108&#8242;<\/a>, adhere the card front to a blue cardstock mat.<br \/>3. With the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/e-z-runner-r-permanent-strips-refillable-dispenser-49-slash-15m\">E-Z Runner\u00ae Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser<\/a>, adhere the matted card front to the card base.<br \/>4. Use the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/c-01226-3d-foam-circles-white-mix\">3D Foam Circle White Mix<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/3d-foam-squares-white-variety-pack\" rel=\"sponsored nofollow\">3D Foam Square White Mix<\/a> to place the scarf, hat, and clock on the card front.  Distress card front with acrylic white paint.
