It features <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/new-3d-foam-frames-20-mix-1\">3D Foam Frames<\/a> and HBD letters cut from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/c-01229-3d-foam-creative-sheets-small-black\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">3D Foam Creative Sheets Small Black<\/a> covered with the black foil from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/c-01419-metallic-transfer-foil-sheets-nature-colors\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Metallic Transfer Foil Sheets Nature Colors<\/a>. With the black foil from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/c-01419-metallic-transfer-foil-sheets-nature-colors\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Metallic Transfer Foil Sheets Nature Colors<\/a>, press the foil (color side up) over the frames. Place <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/thin-3d-foam-squares-mix-black-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Thin 3D Foam Squares Black Mix<\/a> on the back side, and cut to fit as needed.  Peel the liners and position the image inside the frame.<\/p>\n<p>Use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/e-z-runner-ultra-refillable-dispenser\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">E-Z Runner\u00ae Ultra Strong Refillable Dispenser<\/a> to apply adhesive to the back of the frame piece and attach it to the black mat. Carefully remove letters from the dies, peel the liner from the back side, and fasten over the ruler image on the card.
