Next, adhere the layered card front to the green cardstock mat using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/e-z-runner-r-permanent-strips-refillable-dispenser-49-slash-15m\">E-Z Runner\u00ae Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser<\/a> to a white card base.<br \/>3. Make the leaf cut-out shapes into a cluster and place it on the card front with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/c-01226-3d-foam-circles-white-mix\">3D Foam Circle White Mix<\/a>. This will give it dimension and interest.<br \/>4. Using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/c-01230-3d-foam-strips\">3D Foam Strips<\/a>, adhere the sentiment to the leaf cluster so it will stand out from the embellishment.<br \/>5. Add the buttons using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/dodz-small-1\">Adhesive Dots Small<\/a>.
