Add color to a blank art journal page using ink. I used Distress Oxide inks.<br \/>2. Speckle the page with water and then dab off leaving cool looking water spots.  Stamp the focal images using the pigment ink.  To speed up drying time use the heat tool to help dry the ink.<br \/>3. Use stencils to add background words.<br \/>4. Add <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/3d-foam-strips-black-1\">3D Foam Strips Black<\/a> to one of the Tim Holtz paper dolls die cuts.<br \/>2. Using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/e-z-runner-r-permanent-strips-refillable-dispenser-49-slash-15m\" rel=\"sponsored nofollow\">E-Z Runner Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser <\/a>on the other die cut.  This is added dimension and will make one overlap the other. <br \/>3. Add the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/3d-foam-squares-white-variety-pack\">3D Foam Squares White Mix<\/a> to the sentiment words.<br \/>4.
