Apply a piece of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/c-01420-metallic-transfer-foil-sheets-celebrate-colors\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Metallic Transfer Foil Sheets Celebrate Colors<\/a> on top of the exposed adhesive color side UP &#8211; the foil color is facing you. Gently rub the foil with your fingertips to transfer the color to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/new-3d-foam-pennants-100-mix-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">3D Foam Pennants<\/a>.
