It looks like a perfect card for a rascal who is celebrating a birthday! Hi, Jingle<\/a> here today and I have a fun card to share with you featuring some no-line coloring with a sweet raccoon (we call them trash panda – lol!) against this beautiful night sky!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Creating my Birthday Rascal Window Card Background and Panel<\/h2>\n

Create the galaxy panel using Ranger Distress Inks, along with some splatters to give it a really beautiful backdrop. Then layer a sheet of 3D Foam Creative Sheet Small White<\/a> behind my white panel BEFORE I die-cut the circle. Next, cut the circle and adhere it to the galaxy panel. Now the entire panel is nicely raised. It adds so much dimension to the design!<\/p>\n

Adding the Birthday Rascal<\/h2>\n

Stamp the Raccoon with a whisper ink and color with Olo Markers. The sweet little expression on this Trash Panda’s face just makes me smile. (Yes, that is what we call them in our house. Trash Pandas.)<\/p>\n

\"Birthday<\/figure>\n

I used two kinds of adhesive to secure the Trash Panda to the card. One is the 3D Foam Squares Black Regular<\/a>, which provides the proper dimension and elevation behind his head within the galaxy circle. The second is the E-Z Runner\u00ae Grand Permanent Dots Refillable Dispenser<\/a> which ensures his little bum would stay put right where it belongs with a strong hold on the card front! Next, stamp the sentiment and add it to the card front to complete the design.<\/p>\n
