Pigment Powder
This is a tutorial showing how to "Wear Your Adhesive on the Outside" using pigment powder.
1) Select your adhesive. Here we have used 3D Foam Leaves, but you can use any of our adhesives.
2) Remove liner from adhesive
3) Brush on pigment powder in circular motions.
4) Make sure all adhesive is covered edge to edge.
5) Remove embellished shape and adhere to project.
