Hey, friends! Ali (FunAdventuresWithAli) here, and I’m excited to share a special Forever Besties layout featuring my dear friend Anne and me. We first met nearly 20 years ago at a scrapbooking event in Chicago and instantly clicked—we’ve been inseparable ever since!
Forever Besties Layout Background
We’re always up for an adventure, and this photo captures one of our favorites: a fun weekend in Chicago where we took a martini-making class at the world’s largest Starbucks Reserve. It was such a blast, and I absolutely love this selfie of us from that day.
Design Details
For this layout, I followed a Paper Issues sketch to create a vibrant 12×12 page. I had so much fun making the floral banners and adhering them to the colorful plaid background using my trusty E-Z Runner® Grand Refillable Dispenser—a must-have in my tool kit!
I used the Happy Haven collection by Paige Evans, which includes the most adorable 12×12 sheet of thick foam stickers. To balance out the dimension without adding too much bulk, I used Crafty Foam Tape in White 54ft behind the foam photo frame and that super cute car sticker. For the “friends” title and “moments” banner, I used 3D Foam Strips to give them just the right amount of lift.
