How to Use Adhesive Sheets with an Intricate Background
I use the Adhesive Sheets 4x6inch for my detailed twig background. It covers the design with edge-to-edge adhesives – think sticker! Apply a sheet of Adhesive Sheets 4x6inch onto a piece of black cardstock panel, rub it into the cardstock to transfer the adhesive to it. Halloween Moonlight Card Panel
To create a moonlight scene, I used stencils and inks. First temporary adhere a circle stencil mask onto a white cardstock panel with the E-Z Dots® Repositionable Refillable Dispenser. Use dark blue and purple ink with an ink blending tool to create the background for the Halloween Moonlight Card. Remove the circle mask and rub the E-Z Dots® Repositionable Refillable Dispenser dots off with your fingers.
Add yellow ink with an ink blending tool to color the moon. Next, use the moon detailed stencil on the inked moon and apply dark yellow ink with an ink blending tool. Remove the stencil and let dry.
Assemblying the Layers
Remove the liner of the twig top card panel and adhere on the inked background. Trim the edges to fit the top card panel. Adhere on a dark blue card panel and then on a black card base with the E-Z Runner® Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser.
Finishing Touch
Lastly, I stamped a sentiment on a strip of white cardstock and mat on a dark blue banner using the E-Z Runner® Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser. Then adhere on the card front by popping it up with some 3D Foam Squares Black Mix.
