Hello scrappy friends! Tracy here and today I have a Frugal Scrapbook Layout to share that I created using scraps of a beloved collection. Here are all of the details.

Keep it Frugal!
Have you ever had a scrapbook collection that you just adore, and can’t seem to part with? I have created with this collection so many times, and now this is all that I have left of the patterned papers. So let’s create a frugal scrapbook layout.

Start with a white cardstock 12×12 base. Then I cut the strip of the blue patterned paper I have left, in half and adhered it to either side of the white cardstock background using the E-Z Runner® Ultra Strong Refillable Dispenser. Mat the photo in white cardstock.

Assemble the patterned bits you want to create with for this frugal scrapbook layout. I started with the 3×4 middle row, the sentiment block and the piece of black patterned paper. Then collected six 3×3 patterned pieces for the top and bottom rows. Adhere the pieces to the background using the E-Z Runner® Ultra Strong Refillable Dispenser.

I chose to add a mat of black cardstock to the previously matted photo. Also cut a strip of patterned paper to go under the matted photo. I adhered both of these pieces to the background using Crafty Foam Tape Black.

Start adding die cut and cardstock sticker embellishments around the matted photo. The die cut pieces are added using Thin 3D Foam Squares Black Mix.

Add a burlap string bow to the mini tag and adhere to the frugal scrapbook layout using Crafty Foam Tape Black.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
