My new favorite use is applying foil to shapes,
By Mary Holshouser November 3, 2017 - 9:08 am
I love that you can use the glitter on the adhesives that
match the paper or other embellishments that you
are using. You don’t have to buy a lot of
different colors of embellishments – make your
own.
thanks for sharing.

Fabulous ideas!
I love how to use
the tape to add
rows on the cards
to add glitter! I
will use it to make
a frame on the
card front.

I like the idea of adding foil to the shapes and I like the line of glitter to dress up a card.
By Mary Kranz November 3, 2017 - 2:05 pm
I’m enjoying ALL of the ideas and the colors now available to me, but the technique that really stood out was one I’ve never even thought of!
On Savannah O’Gwynn’s blog, she used the small Thin 3D Foam Squares to create the shape of a cactus and then added bling. What a great idea! I can imagine being able to create all kinds of shapes in that manner, even cutting them to create curved lines. Best of all, different colors of glitter, beads, etc., can easily be kept separate by removing the individual square’s release paper, as needed. No overlap where it’s not wanted.
Although that’s my favorite idea because it’s so novel, each blog is a treasure trove of ideas! Thanks for the inspiration!
Best wishes,
Mary

By Christi L Steinbeck November 3, 2017 - 2:27 pm
Wow what a wonderful idea! I make many cards for our local nursing homes and hospital. I would use this to pretty them up for our “forgotten seniors” that do not have any visitors . They are sooo thrilled to get a happy card when they don’t get a visitor or a any gifts . The nurses there say many haven’t received anything in years and carry their cards I make them around with them for weeks sometimes. This does my heart good. This prize would be such a blessing to me and the patients. Thank you for the chance!

Love the glitter application – so easy! Would love to make a Christmas card with a red flocked paper scattered with different sized snowflakes glittered with a white color & then applied to the red flocked paper. A beautiful foiled green ribbon somewhere would be a great touch too! Thank you, Susan

By Shari A. November 3, 2017 - 6:57 pm
Love this idea. I think the glitter is my favorite, but I would probably use both. I’d also most likely use them for sealing envelopes, to add a little extra something. I don’t always have time to decorate the envelope too, so this is just a nice added touch. Thanks so much for sharing. ???
