Hi, Connie here with a fun summer project that kids can enjoy creating. All you need is some really cute patterned papers, note pads, and Extreme Double Sided Tape 1/2″.
I’m using the “Doggone Cute” Collection by DoodleBug, and the note pads are from an office supply store. They measure 5″ x 8″ and I have them cut in half, giving me two note pads. Most of the time the office supply store will cut them for you for a small fee. These are the right size for list-making.
Assembling the Best Friend Note Pads
- 1. Cut the pattern paper 3″x10 1/2″ in two strips. I used one paper, showcasing each side.
2. Score at 8 1/2″ for the top flap. Add Premuim Double Sided Tape 1″ to the cardboard back of the note pads.
3. Adhere the top flap down with Extreme Double Sided Tape 1/2″. This will cover the brand label on the note pads.
4. Using the E-Z Runner Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser to adhere die cuts to the top of the note pads. Also using the 3D Foam Squares White Mix for added dimension.
Hope you find these Best Friend Note Pads interesting!! The thing is you can make a bunch of these and have them for little gifts year around. It’s always nice to have something on hand!!!
