Hi everyone, Yvonne here with a super cute Doggies Birthday Card. This card is so easy to make that it’s also suitable for beginner cardmakers!
For some fun details, I used the Wear Your Adhesive on the Outside technique. I would love to share how I made my card. I hope you will join me!
Top Card Panel
Start by stamping the dogs using black ink on white cardstock, and coloring them with coloring pencils. Fussy cut the images. To create some depth on my Doggies Birthday Card, I used Thin 3D Foam Squares White Mix for the right dog, and 3D Foam Squares White Mix for the left two dogs. Adhere them on a lilac card panel. Then adhere the party hats with 3D Foam Squares White Mix.
Card Base
Mat the lilac card panel of the Doggies Birthday Card on a red card panel using the E-Z Runner® Grand Refillable Dispenser. Then adhere to a white card base.
Wear Your Adhesive on the Outside with E-Z Runner Stars
To create a fun element on the Doggies Birthday Card, I adhered some E-Z Runner® Stars Refillable Dispenser on the card front. To add shine, I used different colors in the Metallic Transfer Foil Sheets Pastel Colors for the stars. Make sure the colored side is facing up. This technique, making your adhesive shine, is called Wear your Adhesive on the Outside.
For the finishing touch, adhere a Happy Birthday sentiment on a red banner and then to a white banner with the E-Z Runner® Grand Refillable Dispenser. Lastly, I adhered the banner onto the card using 3D Foam Squares White Mix.
