Happy Fourth of July! Hi friends—Ali here! I’m so excited to share this festive confetti-filled All American Layout to celebrate the holiday in style.
I had a blast using all my favorite foam adhesives to add fun dimension to the page—including Crafty Foam Tape White 108ft, 3D Foam Squares White Mix, and 3D Foam Strips. So many layers, so much pop!
All American Layout Background
For this layout, I used a Fourth of July collection from Doodlebug. The bright colors were a perfect match for the confetti in one of my favorite photos—me blowing a handful of it at the Color Factory in Chicago! I had such a great time there and knew I wanted to make that 5×7 photo the star of the show, using a new sketch by Allison Davis.
Page Details
- To pop up my matted photo, I used the Crafty Foam Tape White 108ft.
- Also, I popped some of my die-cut stars with 3D Foam Squares White Mix and gave others a subtle lift with Thin 3D Foam Squares White Mix.
- Journaling strips were layered with red, white, and blue using 3D Foam Strips.
- Puffy star stickers, a little blue bird, and a firecracker added extra charm.
- I finished the layout with one foam square from the 3D Foam Squares White Mix behind a liberty flair from Scrappin Happy Studio.
