Good morning! Michele here with a bright celebratory card to share! I water colored the background in an array of vibrant colors and added a few swipes of Stars! I sprinkled a bit of fine glitter over them for some sparkle. I added a few strips of sentiment stickers and adhered the panel to the card using Crafty Foam Tape in white. The larger star was cut from water color paper and given a pink wash. The smaller star was cut from the 3D Foam Creative Sheets and sprinkled with glitter.
I stacked the two stars and adhered it to the card using Crafty Foam Tape in white. It was a fun card to make, and just screams happy to me! Thanks so much for stopping by!
