Snow Card Basics

On a 5 x 7″ card base, I attached a 4.75 x 6.75″ card panel to the card base, using the E-Z Runner® Grand Refillable Dispenser loaded with the E-Z Runner® Grand Permanent Dots Refill. This is my go-to for card-making!

Then I’ve attached a 4.25 x 6.25″ black/white trees patterned paper with Crafty Foam Tape Black (13′). I used several strips of the Crafty Foam Tape to prevent the paper from collapsing between the strips.

Next, I added the beautiful snowflake printed vellum that was burnished. When you attach vellum, it can be a little tricky. I chose to place different sized 3D Foam Berries (from the 3D Foam Holiday Embellishment Kit) over the center of each snowflake.

To embellish the centers of the snowflakes, I used various sizes of Adhesive Dots (Adhesive Dots Small, Medium, and Large).

After removing the protective film from the Adhesive Dots, I sprinkled iridescent glitter over the tops. Just press the glitter to secure and tap off the excess. Love the results – beautiful sparkly snow!

Finishing Up

Lastly, I further embellished the card with a cute reindeer that I had stamped and watercolored. To attach the reindeer, I used the 3D Foam Circles White Mix, along with other die-cuts. I placed a 3D Foam Star (from the 3D Foam Holiday Embellishment Kit) and added silver glitter to the top of it, just below the bow.
