Bullet Journaling has taken a special place for me in my Paper Crafting time. It serves both as practical and creative planning and journaling time. Today I am going to give you a peek into both sides of that as I do a weekly spread (practical) and use my repositionable adhesives to tap into my creative side! Here’s my spread for this upcoming week!
While incorporating stickers and hand lettering are pretty much the norm for bullet journals, I wanted a way to add in some color! Enter my E-Z Runner ® Grand Repositionable Dots Refill!
Steps to creating this background using Repositionable Adhesives:
- I masked off the areas with the cardstock and Adhesive Dots Large Repositionable to avoid color getting in there.
- Then I pulled out my E-Z Runner ® Grand Repositionable Dots and hit all of the areas that weren’t hidden.
- I went over that area with ink.
- Following that, I removed the adhesive with a cloth and removed the rectangles.
With that, I had color and creativity with the practicality of the spaces I need to capture my weekly spread. Let’s take a look at the whole thing in the video!
Bullet Journal Video
As you may have noticed in the video – I used one other adhesive to help make my spread.
In addition to the Halloween stickers, I wanted to add in some black stars. Alas, I had none in sticker form! Therefore I pulled out my Adhesive Sheets 4 x 6 inch, some black cardstock, and a star punch and went to work creating my own!
What ways are you using adhesive in your planners or bullet journals? We’d love to see some of your tips, tricks, and creativity! Thanks for joining us today!
