Hi, all! Teri here with a tutorial to get you in the mood for the holidays! I’m going to show you how to make some Christmas tree window tags that will look awesome on your holiday packages.

Starting the Window Gift Tags
Start by cutting two identical rectangles from cardstock for each tag you want to make. Cover one rectangle with patterned paper. Use two, three or more patterns. It’s entirely up to you!

Place a triangle onto the tag and run it through your die-cutting machine.

Flip the tag upside down. Place a small panel of tulle over the opening.
Now, apply several strips of Crafty Foam Tape onto the tag. Then take the second rectangle and adhere patterned paper on it.

Mount the two panels together to make one tag. Make a tree trunk by adding a strip of cardstock at the bottom of the tree. Then adhere several white pompoms onto the tag.

Use a hole punch to poke a hole at the top of the tag. Tie some twine or ribbon through the hole. Complete the tag by stamping a sentiment onto cardstock and securing it to the tag.
Coordinating Window Gift Tags
You can easily create more tags like this by following the same design scheme.

Mix things up by using different patterned papers and sentiments.

You can also change the look of your trees by using different sized triangle dies to cut out your windows.

I hope you are inspired to make some window gift tags for your holiday gifts!
Happy creating!
