Hi, everyone! Teri here and I have a few cards inspired by the upcoming 4th of July holiday in the United States. Celebrate with some Red, White, and Blue Hello Cards!

Independence Day is a day I do not normally send out cards for, but I was inspired by the day itself to make some general themed-cards with a red, white and blue color combination.
Add Patterned Paper and Transfer Foil to a Card
Start by placing a panel of patterned paper at the bottom of a notecard. Place a strip of Premium Double-Sided Tape across the top of it. Apply Metallic Transfer Foil on top.

Take a second strip of Premium Double-Sided Tape and place it across the top of the card. Cover up some of the foil you previously applied. I recommend for this step that you use a slightly darker color of foil for this step.

Decorate with 3D Foam Stars and a Sentiment
Add several 3D Foam Stars to the card. Apply foil to them. Be sure to set the foil pretty side up onto them and then rub it firmly onto each one. If you miss a spot, don’t worry! Just grab your foil and try again. Embellish your design by adding few round sequins or gems to it. You can also follow my lead by mimicking the look of brads by taking 3D Foam Circles and adding foil to them!

Complete your card by stamping a sentiment on a strip of cardstock and adding it to the card.

I hope you are inspired by today’s tutorial to make a few non-holiday cards inspired by holiday color schemes. While today’s cards were inspired by the 4th of July, it would be fun challenge to make some general-themed cards inspired by Halloween, Christmas or, even, Easter.
Thanks so much for stopping by today!
Happy Creating!
