Quintessentially British – Union Jack 3D Foam Pennants

Hello Friends, Asia King here. Today I’m sharing a set of note cards I made for a blog friend who absolutely adores London. I tried to embrace the British/London theme and here’s the result :).

First I created 4×4″ bases for my note cards from cardstock distressed with a sanding block and covered them with patterned paper using E-Z Runner® Permanent Strips from the E-Z Runner® Combo – Value Pack.

Then I stamped the images in blue and red onto white cardstock and distressed the edges with Tea Dye ink.

I backed my stamped panels with cardstock mats using E-Z Runner® Permanent Strips and I popped them onto the cards with Thin 3D Foam Squares – Mix White. I also fussy cut some smaller elements and adhered them to my cards with Thin 3D Foam Squares – Mix White.

I also had a Union Jack ribbon in my stash which I used to cover my 3D Foam Pennants to create a ‘jubilee’ bunting.

I also created simple envelopes using papers from the same collection and  E-Z Runner® Permanent Strips.
