Michele here with a card that was inspired by AJ Otto! I have been out of my craft room for quite some time due to some family matters, and needed a huge creative kick in the butt! I decided to scroll through our blog and see what hit me up side the head for inspiration. AJ’s strips of paper on her Father’s Day Card was what got my mojo in gear. Rather than use designer paper though, I created an ombre effect using water colors. I then cut the panels into 1/2 inch strips. They were adhered to the card stock panel with E-Z Squares® Refillable.
I stamped the image with Versamark and embossed it in white. The image was water colored and popped up on the doily using Crafty Foam Tape in white. I added a sticker sentiment, a bit of ribbon, and a few sequins. They were all adhered using Dodz Adhesive Dots Small.
For a bit of sparkle I added some Stickles to the bottom of the roses.
