Hi there! It’s Ali (FunAdventuresWithAli), and I’m so excited to share this CAS (Clean and Simple) Bookworm Layout featuring my bestie Jenny and me. We are huge readers for as long as I can remember, even back in high school. Leaning into reading even more, we attended several book events nearby. I’ve documented a book launch party of Emily Henry’s new book Great Big Beautiful Life.

Building the Bookworm Layout
For this layout, I chose a pretty teal cardstock for the background and used the adorable bookshelf stickers from a sticker sheet as an element. How? Simply apply baby powder to the backs of the shelves and used 3D Foam Strips behind them. It was perfect since the pieces were so narrow. This really made them pop off the page.

For interest, I staggered the shelves and used my favorite 3D Foam Squares White Mix behind the book stickers and stacked them on each shelf. To add even more dimension, I also popped up the other book stacks, plants, and typewriter ephemera.

I used my handy E-Z Runner® Grand Refillable Dispenser to adhere the note papers and layered our photos over the torn pieces for extra texture. I absolutely love how this layout came together!

We have so much fun discussing the books we read and attending bookish events together. I hope everyone is taking advantage of the cold weather we’ve been having—perfect for cozy reading time or getting crafty. Stay warm and happy reading! 📚✨
