Embellished Watercolor Holiday Card

Hello my sweet, crafty friends! It’s Lisa here with you today and I’m bringing you a really simple holiday card that I made and had a great time creating. This one is all about just letting the creative process flow and using your Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L® products to highlight your finished card.

I created my little panel to hopefully resemble the Aurora Borealis using the watercolors (does it look like it to you?). Once it was all finished I stamped a sentiment from Penny Black on another watercolor panel and added a little more of the watercolors around the sentiment and the on the edges.

Using the 3D Foam Square in Black, Regular I attached my watercolor panel to the panel with the sentiment. Then I cut a small strip of Black Crafty Foam tape and dusted it with glitter, added some sequins with some rolled up Dodz™ – small, and finished off my embellishments with custom colored Dodz™ – 3D in a little more glitter. So pretty! This panel was attached using my very favorite E-Z Dots® Permanent Refillable.

The size of the Dodz™ – 3D make them so easy to create a custom embellishment! And those sequins aren’t going anywhere by using the Dodz™ – Small rolled up to hold them down. The Crafty Foam tape has so many uses. How do you use yours?
