Alter a Heart Bag using Adhesive Dots

Hello there, Latisha here.  I am sharing a fun way to alter those bags in the dollar section by using Adhesive Dots to take that drab bag to the next level.

First I grabbed a jar of buttons that was collecting dust, and just started adhere the buttons using Adhesive Dots Medium until a heart is formed. I add sequins for a bit of sparkle using the Adhesive Dots Small. What is great about these Adhesive Dots is that they are a strong and flexible adhesive that bond to any surface.

To bring a little romantic touch to the bag, I added Twine, and Lace Ribbons. Perfect soft accents to the project, don’t you think?

But wait! I added another decorative embellishment. This time all the way to the bottom of the bag to anchor by applying Washi  Tape to the bottom edge.

There you have it, a simple bag turned into a wow bag!
