Halloween Cards Made Simple

Hi, friends! Looking for some Halloween card inspiration? Teri here, and I’ve got a couple of fun and simple Halloween cards to share with you today.

These cards were easy to make with patterned paper, cardstock and stamps and would be easy to recreate. You can use the extract paper crafting products I did or you can change it up by substituting with products of your choice!

Simple Halloween Card Making

Start by decorating a card base with patterned paper panels. Be sure to place some of the panels at an angle. Trim any paper that is hanging off the edge.

Once you’ve adhered your papers onto your card, add a strip of Extreme Double-Sided Tape 1/2in to the panel. Remove the liner and apply glitter onto the tape. Don’t have any glitter? Use flock or sand instead. By the way, don’t forget to make sure your tape is fully covered with glitter (or flock). Rub your finger over it to make sure there are no sticky parts exposed!

Set your card aside. Stamp and die-cut several Halloween-themed images on cardstock. Color them in with markers.

Arrange your Halloween images together to make a scene. I like to adhere E-Z Dots® Permanent onto the back of my images and then attach them onto each other. Once I have my desired look, I apply a strip of Premium Double-Sided Tape 1/4″ to the images.

Then adhere your images to your card with Crafty Foam Tape. If your images are small, try using 3D Foam Strips instead as they are a bit thinner.

Stamp a Halloween sentiment on cardstock and add it to your card. Then complete your card by adding a few sequins or gems to it with Adhesive Dots Micro!

Change Up Simple for a Second Design

This design is a great one for making two cards at the same time by cutting up a paper panel and using pieces on both cards.

You can mix things up as I did by changing your arrangement. Place the same paper from the first card to the bottom of your second card or vice versa! Use similar stamped Halloween images or change it up by using different ones.
