A Little Birdie Card and Authentique Blog Hop

Welcome to Day 2 of the Blog Hop with Authentique Paper!

I created a card that combines Authentique papers and stickers with Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L® adhesives.

I love this sticker and decided to use it as the focal point of my card. I fussy cut the bird from ‘Solitude’ paper, and attached it to the sticker with Black Small 3D Foam Squares – they lift the bird off the surface and blend in nicely behind it.

The larger sticker is attached to the black mat with Black Crafty Foam Tape, which again gives dimension without screaming “I’m here!”

The layers of the card are adhered with the E-Z Runner®, no rocket science, just good old eyeballing. I added the Kraft Photo Corners to add a finishing touch, I love how they frame in a card.
