Hello Everyone! It’s Tiffany here again with another Video Tutorial! I decided to “wear my adhesive on the outside” for this colorful Glittered Graduation Card! I used the E-Z Runner® Refillables, including the E-Z Dots® Permanent Refillable and the E-Z Dots® Repositionable Refillable.
