Hello all! It’s Angela today sharing a cute Holiday card. Kimberly gets the credit for the 1st Holiday card on the blog (posted here), but I’ve been creating them for a while so that I have a pretty substantial stash for the big event in a couple of months….I created this one with the fabby Lawn Fawn Winter Sparrows stamps, dies and the Peace, Joy, Love Petite paper pack.
The die cut branch was glittered up by using an Adhesive Sheet 4″x 6″and some glittered embossing powder. The white glittered scallops are actually the tops of three (3) large hearts from the 3D Foam Hearts of the Designer Shapes Collection with white glitter on the topside of the adhesive. These pieces were slipped underneath the red strip of patterned paper that was popped up on a double layer of Crafty Foam Tape – White that was run down the center of the paper strip.
Here is the detail shot:
Aren’t those birds cute! I {heart} them!
Thank you for stopping by today!
Angela
Other supplies Used: Lawn Fawn Winter Sparrows stamp set, Lawn Cuts and Peace, Joy, Love Petite Paper pack, Doodlebug Designs White Sugar Coating and Red gem, Bazzill Basics Brown card stock, Ranger Archival Ink in coffee, Stampendous Encrusted Jewel Bronze Kit, Copic Markers

What a great card those birds could not be any cuter! I like that you added just enough sparkle without over doing it and using the tops of the hearts for the scallops is uber smart TFS

Plain and simple card but so cute. The little birdies are darling. Hope they can stay warm.
