Glittery, Dimensional Snowflake Christmas Tree Card

Hello blog readers! It’s Angela today sharing a playful, fun Christmas card that uses snowflake die cuts to form a holiday tree:

To make this card, I grabbed the Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L® Adhesive Sheets 4 x 6″, the 3D Foam Creative Sheets, the 3D Foam Stars, the 3D Foam Squares White Regular and my FAVE tape runner, the E-Z Runner® Permanent Strips Refillable. In addition to the right adhesives, I found my favorite snowflake dies and glitter and went to work.

Snowflakes were die cut from the 3D Foam Creative Sheets and green card stock that was backed with the Adhesive Sheets. The card stock snowflakes were arranged into an outline of a tree shape on the card background. Then the top backing was removed from the die cut 3D Foam Creative Sheets and green glitter was applied. The glittered foam snowflakes were then arranged up the center of the tree. A little piece of brown card stock tucked under the tree was adhered with the E-Z Runner®.

To top off the tree, a 3D Foam Star shape was selected and two tones of gold glitter were applied to each section of the star. The two pieces were removed together and set atop of the tree.

The sentiment sticker was popped up on some 3D foam squares and placed in the center of the tree shape.
