Hi, Connie here with a fun Summer card using stamps by Hero Arts and our wonderful adhesives.
The card depicts a perfect day at the lake and children having fun. Doesn’t get any better than that :).Create this fabulous card and make someone’s day!

Create the You Made My Day Background
Looks like the thing to do to beat the heat!!! To create the card I used PanPastels for the color. Using PanPastels for the grass, water, and sunset is really easy to create. Just section the card front in three sections and apply the colors. Inks will work too.

Assemble the Card Front
Stamps, PanPastels and a circle stencil that work s great to create a sunset, that is what you will need to begin the card. To complete the card front, stamp the images in black ink. I used a stamp platform so I could re-stamp to get good coverage of ink on the stamped image.

- 1. Place the black cardstock mat to the card front using Crafty Foam Tape 108ft. White.
2. Adhere the card front to the card base using the E-Z Runner® Permanent Strips.
3. Cut two “thanks” die cuts and secure them together using the Dual Tip Glue Pen. Adhere the die cut to the card front using the Dual Tip Glue Pen.
4. Stamp the sentiment strip and place it on the card front using 3D Foam Strips.

Paint on You Made My Day Card Front
Speckle with white acrylic paint. I use an old paint brush with water and paint to get the speckled effect.

Thanks for stopping by to see my Thanks You Made My Day card! I hope you are having a GREAT Summer!!!!
